COLLECTION COSTS: You agree to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this Agreement, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees paid to an individual who is not an employee of the Credit Union. The attorney fees you pay will not exceed 15% of the unpaid debt.

LATE CHARGES: We will charge you a late fee of $5.00 or each 30 days that you are late, if we do not receive your payment within 30 days of its due date.

Insufficient Fund Checks: You will pay a fee of $20.00 for any check returned Unpaid or Insufficient Funds.
